Dr. Caesar Lun Managing Director Our Corporate Logo is derived from the Chinese character "Xue", meaning "to learn". The character is transformed into a child and a computer, outlining our mission -- to redefine learning with information technology.

Inaugurated in 1997, LangComp Company Limited is a company spun off from the CityU Enterprises Group (CityU Enterprises Group is a wholly-owned subsidiary of City University of Hong Kong). LangComp is also a graduate of the "Incu-Tech Programme" launched by the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation. Dr. Suen Caesar LUN and Mr. Vincent WONG Keng Chuen are the Founding Directors.

LangComp aims at raising the educational quality of Hong Kong in particular, and in Chinese communities at large by providing needful multimedia, language-related educational products and language services in related fields. It is believed that the academic background and the technical know-how in linguistics, computational linguistics, translation, computer engineering as well as courseware design and development will serve social needs in both the educational sector and the business sector, locally and globally.
